MILBURN LIME COS YEAR.

Directors of Milburn Lime and Cement Co., Ltd., Dunedin, report, for the year ended July 31, that the profit and loss account, after writing off depreciation and making provision for income tax, shows a credit balance of £16,963 14s sd, including £1558 10s 4d carried forward from last year. An interim dividend was paid amounting to £7500, leaving £9463 14s sd. Out of this it is proposed to pay a final dividend of 3| per cent., making 7^ per cent, for the year, which will leave £1963 14s 5d to be carried forward.
