(P.A.) AUCKLAND, September 24. A j&nal dividend of Is a share and bonus of 6d a share are recommended by directors of the South British Insurance Company. An interim dividend of 9d a share was paid in April, so the total distribution for the year ended August 31, including the bonus, is 2s 3d a share, against Is B£d a share in the previous year;
