ANNIVERSARY OF ARRIVAL

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 28. To celebrate the first anniversary of the arrival in Auckland of the flyingboat Aotearoa on August 28, 1939, five members of the engineering staff of Tasman Empire Airways, Limited, held a reunion dinner tonight. It was decided that a similar reunion should be held every year in the same hotel where members of the ship's first crew were accommodated and welcomed on their arrival.
