FIRST BATCH IN CANADA

OTTAWA, August 2
Eighty children, the first to come from England under the Government evacuation plan, have arrived at an east coast port. A Washington message states that the House Rules Committee has decided t-» send to the floor of the House the measure to permit American ships to transport children from the war zone.
