; ;■? The 3tablema,tes, -.Atua- Here- and Our Pal, put up a fairly.'attractive gallop over seven furlongs at Wingatui yesterday morning and both promise to show up well at the Dunedm Meeting. The former will have the services of J. W. Jennings.

McHeath has- lately been working in great style, his rider having a lot o£ difficulty in' restraining ;,him from doing more than he was allotted. He will be ridden by J. Richards in the hurdle events and should take a lot of beating.

Counterflight has beenyorking very well lately at Wihgatui, and if the track remains fast he should secure some of the money rat this week's meeting-

There is only one bracket tomor-1 row* Neptune, Lady Argosy, and-Lord Puck, who will form a triple coupling in the Trial Handicap. 1

P. Spratl, who was in good riding form at the Canterbury Jockey Club's Meeting last Saturday, will have the mounts on Spearthrust, Phalanx, Queen of Song, Aranui, Teak, and Counterflight.
