Last year Mr. J. G. Alexander, of Maxwell, sent Romney Marsh rams to a breeder in Uruguay, states "The Post's" Wanganui representative. Evidently he was well satisfied with the type supplied for a repeat order has come and Mr. Alexander has just sent another of the same breed to South America. ■ ■
Head injuries and concussion were suffered by W. Toohey, 39 Molesworth Street, who was struck by a motor-lom-y at the corner of Molesworth and Aitken Streets yesterday afternoon. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
