WEDDING BOUQUETS

WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM?

(By Air Mail, from "The Post's" London . Representative.) LONDON, September 15. Very often, by the time the. bride leaves for her honeymoon, there is precious little left of her bouquet, for she has distributed among her friends a bloom each, and all that remains is the bow, with some foliage.

Sometimes the bridal flowers are sent to make the patients in hospital happy. .

But quite a number of brides lately have deposited their bouquets at the Cenotaph. One bride, still wearing her wedding dress and veil, travelled quite a long distance to the hallowed spot in. Whitehall, accompanied by her bridesmaids, and each one placed her flowers at- the base. The most recent bride to take her sheaf of lilies there was Miss Annette Drew, who was married to. Mr. John Every at Holy Trinity, Brompton, yesterday. Her bridegroom watched. Her father, Major F..W. Massey Drew, served in the war of 1914-18, and was killed in Jerusalem.
