BANQUET TO REGENT

BERLIN, August 25,

Herr Hitler, proposing the toast of Admiral Horthy, Regent of Hungary, at a State banquet today, described the German-Hungarian frontier as "final," adding: "Our firm friendship, based on mutual and unshakable confidence, will be particularly valuable to both peoples."
