E.S.U. DANCE

CHANGE FROM BRIDGE

The E.S.U. bridge circle made a ! distinct change in its entertainment on Saturday night, when the members held a very successful dance instead of the usual games. There was a good attendance of dancers, and an efficient orchestra. The rooms were attractively decorated with palms and with early winter flowers, and a buffet supper was served. The hostess was the leader of the bridge circle, Mrs. J. S. Vine, who wore a frock of guardsman blue crepe-marocain with diamante accessories. Members of the committee present who worked ■ very hard to ensure the success of the evening were Mrs. A. Duncan, Mrs. J. S. Vinsen, and Mrs. D. Carrington. Those present included many friends and members of the English-speaking Union.
