"KEEP OUT, LUCKNER!"
HOSTILITY IN SYDNEY DEMONSTRATORS CLASH WITH POLICE SYDNEY, May 8. A demonstration was made in the city during the shopping crush by groups of men and women against Count von Luckner, whose admission to Australia is hotly opposed. Calico banners were carried by some persons on which were painted, Keep out, Luckner. We don't want Fascism here." A clash occurred with police m George Street during a parade, when police attempted to break up a gathering which was hampering traffic. Three arrests were made.
