CHRISTCHURCH, This Day.

Greek Shepherd, a classic winner as a three-year-old, with a total of £2907 in stakes that season, has been sold by Mr. E. Hay to a North Island buyer. He will do stud duty. Lately he has been stationed at Ashburton, where he did a light stud season. Greek Shepherd's victories included the Auckland Summer Cup, Great Northern Derby, Awapuni Cup, and Great Northern St. Leger.
