FRAUD CHARGES
SALESMAN ON TRIAL
The hearing of the charges of forgery and false pretences in connection with the hire-purchase of motor-cars', brought against Hannath' Noel Blaka Marshall, a salesman, aged 37, was con^ tinued in the Supreme Court today. Marshall is ' conducting his own d&» fence.' * The first of twenty-flve. witnesses for the prosecution finished hii evidence just before 12.30 p.m. Mr. Justice Blair is presiding, and the Crown Prosecutor (Mr. W. H. Cunningham) is appearing for the Crown.
