15,000 CHINESE TROOPS
(Received December 17, 10.10 a.m.) TOKIO, December 16. Imperial headquarters announce that 7000 Chinese troops at Lintsing and 8000 at Lungping, both in Hopei Province, surrendered to thß Japanese.
