JAPAN'S REGRETS
ITALIAN JOURNALIST'S DEATH
ROME, December 15. A message from Tokio reports that the Foreign Minister, Mr. Hirota, has expressed his regrets to the Italian Ambassador at the death of SignooSandri, correspondent of the Turin paper "Stampa," who met his death in the bombing incident on the Yangtze River.
