It is understood that the British Government considers the proposed meeting of "the Powers associated with the Nihe-Power Treaty and the members of the League should take place as soon ,as can conveniently be ar"between the various Powers concerned are still in the stage oi ascertaining the diffent views on suitable procedure for implementing the League suggestions.
