Newspapers discuss whether it is advisable for Japan to denounce the Nine-Power Pact and declare, that the United States has fallen into a British A group of members of the Diet has submitted a statement which Cabinet will consider to -the effect , that the Nine-Power Treaty and the Kellogg Pact are obsolete and inapplicable lo the present situation and that China I originally violated these agreements.
