M. STEWART'S SUCCESSES
The former.Canterbury reinsman M. Stewart is doing well in Auckland, and after having won four races with King's Flay in the last few months he produced the winner of!the principal event, at Auckland on Saturday, Lady Fame, who is engaged in the principal events at Wellington next week. ■.'■'..'.
Like King's Play, Lady Fame races in the colours of the Auckland sportsman Mr. W. Johnston, and at one stage was trained by S. A. Edwards, for whom she won races. Lady Fame is nine years old, and is by Nelson Bin-gen-from Her Ladyship, by. Logan Pointer from Lady Derby,'who was by Rothschild—Norice (imp.).
