RUGBY, October 22,
The Polish Foreign Minister (Colonel Beck) has'accepted an invitation to visit. London as the guest of his Majesty's Government from November 8 to 12 next.
The visit of the Polish Foreign Minister, which is in the nature of a return of the visits paid to Warsaw in the spring of last year by Mr. Eden, has been envisaged for some time, but the Court mourning for King George and other obstacles of a purely formal character have caused it' to be delayed.
