GERMANY DENIES CHARGES
LONDON, October 21
In view of the latest developments in the non-intervention dispute, the diplomatic correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" states the Soviet is expected to withdraw immediately from the Committee and may send arms without delay to Barcelona.
The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" says that Germany has sent a Note to the Committee declaring as utterly baseless the Spanish and Soviet charges of a German infringement of the arms embargo.
The "Daily Herald" says, it is believed that Germany accuses Russia of sending aeroplanes, guns, and ammunition to the Spanish Government in ships that are supposed to be carrying food and medical supplies.
