Delay was caused this morning in connection with the unloading of the Holmdale, owing to the recent decision that non-unionists can be displaced by unionists after haying put in a minimum of two hours." Non-unionists this morning refused to accept work on the Hblmdale under those conditions, and owing to the working of other vessels very few unionists were available when the call was. made.
