THREE FOR WELLINGTON
Miss E. Hinds has decided to send Erne Parrish and Llewellyn's Pet to Palmerston North to compete at the Manawatu Trotting Club's Meeting, which will be held on the Awapuni racecourse on Monday, October 26. Effle Parrish has developed into a reliable pacer. She. won a mile and a quarter race at Hutt Park on September 12, and, in a mile and a half contest at Methven recently, was in the lead when the field turned for home. She will contest a mile and five fUrlongs event at Palmerston, and,should be prominent. Lllewellyn's Pet has been' improving gradually, and, like her relative; Impromptu,'she is, benefiting by age. She is a quick! beginner, 'and should more than hold her own in a mile race at Awapuni.
