DEATH IN HOSPITAL

INJURED MOTOR-CYCLIST

Badly injured yesterday afternoon in a collision between' the motor-cycle he was riding and a lorry, at the corner of Te Whiti Street and Seatoun Road, Kilbirnie, Erl K. McClune, : aged 20, of 12 Woburn Road, Northland, died in hospital last evening. His left leg was severed, and he suffered severe head, injuries, a fractured jaw, and concussion. He was taken to hospital by the Wellington Free Ambulance.

The lorry belonged to J. O'Brien and Co.
