FRONTIERSMEN'S DANCE

Another of the popuar dances of the .-lutt Valley Troop of the Legion of Frontiersmen was held in the Record Hall, Upper Hutt, when a good attendance of patrons danced to the strains of the local orchestra. An excellent supper was provided by the local ladies' committee. Monte Carlos, lucky spot, and streamer dances were features of the entertainment. Trooper G. Harris was the M,C.

Among the many present were Lieutenant and Mrs. A. Henderson (the latter wearing green lace), Sergeant Smith. Corporal Barrett, Lance-Cor-poral and Mrs. H. Winnie (black georgette), Trooper and Mrs. K. Anderson (wine lace). Trooper and Mrs. P. Anderson (white satin), Trooper and Mrs. F. Davies (red floral crepe de chine) Trooper and Mrs. C. Harris (fawn crepe de chine). Trooper and Mrs. L. Harris (white satin). Trooper and Mrs. F. Winnie (green celanese), Trooper and Mrs. Bodley (black satin). Trooper and Mrs. Ruscoe (black satin). Trooper and Mrs. Briscoli (blup lace), Trooper and Miss. Benholm (pink taffeta) Trooper Clifford and Lieutenant T. R Davies Wellington Regiment, Mesdames Delaney (who wore floral crepe de chine). Cook (silver lame), Dawson (black and silver). Spencer, Jones Turvey, Palamountaln. Bononan. Robertson. Collett; Misses Keys, Evans May, Collett. Donovan, Stott, Weatherley, Ashford, Kelly, Shaw, Drlscoli, Simpson. Cload, Davies, Ryan; and Messrs. Cook, Kerney, Hartley, and Alexandra.
