INCREASED ACTIVITY

RUGBY, November 20.
The present month promises to make a new record in increased activity in shipyards. Swan, Hunter, and Wigham Richardson, of Wallsend, have booked an order for a large twinscrew motor-ship for the Commonwealth and Dominion Line for the Australian trade, and the Blue Star Line has placed an order with Cammoll, Laird for the construction at Birkenhead of another 12,000-ton refrigerator ship. The latter vessel will be of the same class as the Dunedin Star, which was launched on October !!Ti at Birkenhead.
