THE FRENCH BANK RATE
(Received November 22, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, November 21. The French bank rate has been raised, to 5 per cent.
Between May 23 and May 28 the French bank rate was raised from 2J to 6 per cent. It was then reduced until it was down to 31 per cent, on July 18, and it was raised to 4 per cent, on November 14.
