consequence of the calling of a general strike for November 21. - Lawyers will participate, refraining from appearing in any but criminal cases. Students declare that they will march through the bazaars and close all shops. The Arabic Press is ceasing publication as a protest against restrictions. Extreme Nationalists urge the- boycotting of the naval manoeuvres, which the High Commissioner, Sii Miles Lampson, and members of Cabinet will attend aboard the Queen Elizabeth.
