CASE FOR A JURY?

SYDNEY MURDER CHARGES SYDNEY. November 20. The Crown case against John Patrick Strong and Albert Stannard. who are charged with the murder: of Reginald Holmes, has concluded. Counsel for Strong submitted that there was insufficient evidence for the case to go to a jury. Mr. Justice liaise Rogers said that in tin- circumstances he thought the case should go to a jury. However, he would look through the evidence again tonight and announce his decision later. The Court adjourned until tomorrow.
