NEW RACKET IN GERMANY
HEAVY PENALTIES

BERLIN, November 19,
Butter-running is Germany's latest racket, which smugglers are finding more profitable than tobacco. A number were arrested in frontier towns and several were sentenced to six months' imprisonment and paid heavy fines at Kreuzberg for smuggling 6000 lbs of butter from Poland.
