PRISONERS SENTENCED

INVERCARGILL, November S.
Prisoners were sentenced by Mr. Justice Kennedy in the Supreme Court this afternoon as follows: —Hoani Ahitane Hikamate, on two charges of attempted breaking and entering, was ordered to be detained for nine months in the Borstal; Pierre Francis Lhommedieu, alias Paul de Brae, was sentenced to four years' hard labour for an unnatural offence; Richard Lee. for indecently assaulting a girl aged nine, was ordered to be detained for reformative purposes for 18 months.
