DIVIDEND OF 2h PER CENT.

In their annual report, the directors of the Equitable Building and Investment Company of Wellington, Ltd., state that after transferring £4714 13s 6d to thcsecurities depreciation reserve, the profit for the year amounted to £1575 10s Bd, which, with the balance brought forward from the previous year of £1034.. 18s 2d, makes a balance of £2610 8s lOd available for appropriation. The directors recommend that a dividend equivalent, to 2% per cent, per annum on the paid-up capital be paid for the year, and that the balance be carried forward to next year. ' , Messrs. A: D.
