OBITUARY
MR/J. H. J. GREENWOOD
The.death occurred early on Saturday evening of "Mr. Joseph Henry James .Greenwood, 'who was for many years connected with the Public Service. The late Mr. Greenwood was , born, in "Adelaide/Australia, in 1872, .- and came to New' Zealand at an early age.' He was landed with other passengers in surf boats at Kaikoura, and . spent the .early, part of his' life farming in Marlborough. After his mar"riage he entered the Public Service" at the General Post. Office, Wellington, when his.splendid record extended •over some 34.years.
. He leaves a widow, a daughter, Miss M. R. Greenwood, and two sons, Messrs. N. J. and It. D. -Greenwood.
