LEVIN SWIMMING CLUB
At ihe annual meeting of the Levin Swim:|iing and Life-saving Club, the president, Dr. E. T. G. Miller, in his report, stated that the club had had a very successful season, which' concluded with a credit balance of approximately £10. It was decided that the club should affiliate with the Manawatu Centre, and to hold the opening on November 28. The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr. C. S. Keedwell; president, Dr. E. T. G. Miller; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. J. Jones, K. E, Adams, D. S. Mackenzie. J. Linklater. W. G. Clark, H. A. Robertson, F. E. Leddra, H. E. Denton, D. P. Todd, 8. Crisp, W. G. Vickers, and Dr. L. G. Hunter; secretary, Mr. D. 11. Thomas; captain and coach. Mr. D. P. Owen; vice-captain, Mr. 0. H. Keedwell; management committee. Misses C. Frechtiing and D. Stedman, Messrs. P. S. Crisp, J. George, J. Urquhart, H. Smith, G. H. Kerslake, R. Webb, A. Hesp; delegates to the Manawatu Centre, Messrs. P. D. Owen and D. H. Thomas.
