Tho High Commissioner for New Zealand (Sir James Parr), speaking at tho annual meeting of the League of Empire, said New Zealandors took offi their hats to Britons for tho manner in which they cam© through the. depression. He paid a tribute to the league's hospitality to the Dominion's teachers visiting Britain, from which they returned filled with revcrenco for this historic, land.
