RAIN AT RANGOON
CALCUTTA, April 20.
Fourteen inches of rain on Thursday flooded tho city of Rangoon, and dislocated communications. The phenomenon of "red rain" occurred in the United Provinces, and a deposit found on the ground has been sent to the Government analyst.
