BYED EXPEDITION
SHIPS TO VISIT WELLINGTON
(By Telegraph.) (Special to the "Evening Post") DUNEDIN, This Day. Applications for posts with the Byrd Antarctic Expedition A are being received daily by the Dunedin agents. Already hundreds of applications from all parts of New Zealand have been received, and it is impossible to treat each letter separately. It has now been learned that tho expedition ships will, call at Wellington before coining to Dunedin to |)ick up the frozen cargo landed at a northern port by tho Port Frcmantle some weeks ago. A ro indication has yet been given as to whoa the ships are expected to arrive hero.
