DUBLIN, July 26,

It is rumoured that are being resumed for a.settlement of the Anglo-Irish dispute.

Tho'Minister of Commerce (Mr. Scan Lemaa), speaking in tho Senate, declared that Ireland was not anxious to maintain tariff barriers, and will remove the emergency duties if Britain will do the same. In fact, Ireland would go further, and immediately remoye tho duties if Britain will remove hers within a;reasonably short time.
