The Compensation Court, Mr. Justice Ostler presiding, has"-been sitting for some days hearing a claim for £2574 by Frederick William Hill against the Public Works Department for ;land, taken, loss of water, and severance, in connection with the recent construction of the Dashwood deviation.on the. .Mum South Road near Blenheim.
