SILVER-STEALING CHARGES

' ■ ; WANGANUI,'JuIy 21. Joseph -Hyman and Hugh Glover, Iho two men who wore charged with the theft on Juno 4 of £813 hi silver, tha property of AVilliam'Toomey, of Auckland, pleaded not guilty and wore committed for trial at the Supreme Court sit Wangnnui. Bail was allowed in tho case of Hyman in one surety of £500 and two of £250, and in tho case of Glover iv one surety of £500 and one of £500 or two of £250.
