MINOR FIRE

THE STEAMER PAKURA A minor outbreak of fire occurred this morning on the cargo steamer Pakura, 700 tons, which belongs to Richardson and Company, and which is nt present laid up in the stream at. Wellington. Tho tug 3 Terawhiji and Natone were sent out, and the fire was soon put down. It is reported that the firo originated in some refuse amidships, and that little damage was done.
