HOSPITAL LOTTERY
URGED FOR CALCUTTA (Eeceived 30th March, 1 p.m.) CALCUTTA, 29 th March. Medical authorities are urging tho organisation of a lottery on the lines of the Irish Sweepstake under Government supervision on behalf of the Calcutta hospitals, which aro in urgent need of funds. A tuberculosis hospital is needed, because twelve deaths occur from this dease every hour in Bengal.
