SWEETMAKER
Honey Toffee. —Two cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons of honey, i cup of water, 2oz butter, essence of lemon. Method: Put all ingredients except essence into a saucepan. Stir until mixture boils, and stir occasionally until a little tried in water becomes crisp. Add essence. Stir once.' If stirred too much it will become sugary. Pour into a greased tin; mark into squares before it is quite cold.
