SALE OF OWLSFLIGHT

Owlsflight, who won the Suburban Handicap at Rieearton last Wednesday, has been sold by Sir Charles Clifford to Mr. C. 0. T. Rutherford, of Blenheim, where he will be trained in future. Owlsflight is a four-year-old black gelding by The Ace from the Autummis mare Owlscombe. He has shown promise on several occasions, but last week's was his' initial success. ■ It will be interesting to note if the same good fortune now follows his career as has so often been the case with other horses that have been allowed to pass from Chokebore Lodge.
