, THE YEAE'S BEST FEAT AWARD TO CHICHESTER
27th. October, .1 p.m.) LONDON, 26th October. The Guild of Air Pilots has awarded a memorial plaque in memory of the ] noted navigator,'Squadron-Leader Johnston, a victim of the 8101 disaster. For the year's best feat in civil aerial navigation the award is to Mr. T. C. i Chichcster, for the New Zealand-Nor-folk Island-Lord Howe Island flights. All Empire flyers arc eligible. It is understood that Scott, Mollisou, and Kingsford Smith wore considered. It, was arranged that tho Priuco of ■■ Wales should present the trophy in No- . vember, but as it is improbable that Mi\ ■ Chichcster will then be in England, the guild has cabled to Squadron-Leader '■ Wilkcs in New Zealand, asking his whereabouts.
