ATTEMPTS AT THEFT SUSPECTS TO BE SHOT AT SIGHT
('Received 27th October, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Tho "Daily Telegraph" says that to avoid the possibility of Communists seizing military arms and ammunition a strict watch is being kept over all depots, and suspects will be shot on sight. The military authorities dci clare that daring attempts were made on two occasions recently to steal arms.
