FIRST LOSS.
In going down to Onslow by 9 points to 3 StT Patrick's College Old (Boys suffered their first defeat of the season. Onslow thoroughly deserved success.^ me forwards played splendidly, and -it was due to' their fine work that the ex-Ool-legians' back division, a dangerous combination when on the move, was unable to function. Lindsay scored a try tor Onslow, which J. Gentry converted, and E. Gentry "potted" a goal. For St. latrick's College Old Boys, Hepburn kicked a penalty goal.
