TRADING COUPONS BILL
NO MATERIAL ALTERATION
It was intimated by the Prime Minister, the Bight Hon. G. W. Forbes, this morning that the Trading Coupons Bill is at present in the-htnds.'of the law draftsman. -■- Mr. Forbes said that the subject matter of the Bill was not being materially altered, but changes wore being mado in legal verbiage to more clearly express its intentions. He expected its appearance before the House at an early date.
