EARTHQUAKE MATTERS
The earthquake legislation forecasted in the Speech from the Throne is in process of being' drafted. This will incorporate among other matters tho recommendations of tho Building Begulations Committee. In addition, a separate measure will be presented to tho House dealing with the question of deeds and records destroyed in the effected areas.
