While Mr. N. Bukharin (editor of the newspaper "Pravda") and three other Eussians were seated in the Distinguished Strangers' Gallery of the House of Commons, Mr. J. B. Clynes, Secretary for Home Affairs, informed a questioner that he had given a permit for Mr. Bukharin. and seven, other Eussians to visit. London, to attend tho International ' Congress of History, Science, and Technology. ■■ Sir John Davidson (Conservative) asked: "Are you aware that *Mr. Bukharin is the author of tho Third International's anti-British campaign?" k Mr. Clynes replied: "No."
