The question whether the Leader of the Opposition had a hand in the framing of the Unemployment Amendment Bill w.as again raised in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon by Mr.:-, M. J. Savage (Labour, Auckland West).

Mr. A. M. Samuel (Reform, Thames): "Does the Labour Party remember that it kept the Government in. office for two years?" Mr. Savage: "I remember the tactics of the Labour Party voting for a Government pledged to maintain the existing living standard. T remember tho tactics of the- Reform Party trying to break them down. I remember them being successful.''
