STEAMER REFLOATED
HONG- KONG, Mat April. ' H.M.S.; Sterling has sent a wireless message from Hainan, Straits, reporting. that the Limchow, which was attackod by Chinese pirates, has been refloated.
The French steamer liimehow grounded a. week ago in the Hainan Straits. The passengers and crew were taken off by another vessel; meanwhile the stricken vessel was boarded by Chinese pirates, who looted and set fire to tho ship. Assistance was requested, and H.M.S. Sterling was dispatched to the scone.
